Will My Flat Screen Tv Be Ok in My Shed?

i am thinking about getting an LCD or Plasma tv, and i want to put it out in my shed. Its a fairly big shed where we have parties. It wouldnt be directly outside, so i think it would be ok. Does anyone think that it would be a problem in the shop?
