What is Causing Vertical Lines on My Panasonic Plasma Model# Th-50phd7uy?

My Panasonic Plasma model# TH-50PHD7UY is showing ten very thin vertical lines that are equally spaced across the screen. I opened the back of the TV and tried plugging and unplugging cords that link each board. I also checked the connection for the ribbons but all seem tight. I then noticed that there are 11 separate display ribbons on top and bottom of the screen and the 10 vertical lines correspond to the spaces where the 11 ribbons meet. The lines also pass behind the TV menu, but over top of all images on each input module. I posted a video to youtube to show exactly what I am seeing on the TV screen. I have consulted online with an "expert" who seems to think it could be the power supply (P-board) or the D-board. I have tried plugging different devices into different inputs for the TV and they all produce the same lines. I have also plugged the TV into different outlets in different buildings, so I don't believe that it is an external source causing the problem. Please help!

This is a youtube video I posted that shows the problem:

Suggestion:

Good video, and a tough problem. I don't know exactly what it is, but it reminds me of a harmonic "birdie" seen on a spectrum analyzer when looking for interference on radio systems. It might be something like that, a component or subcircuit that's generating a spurious signal at a common video input point, such that you see it with all external inputs but not an internal display like the set's menu.

This is all theory and doesn't solve the problem for you, but that's all I've got with the given info. If you had a block diagram that takes you to an area that's common to all video inputs but ahead of the point where the menu originates, the culprit would be somewhere in there. A bad solder joint, and IC gone awry, almost anything. Good luck.
