I Have a Plasma Hd Tv with Only Component Video Input – I Cannot Output Any Hdmi Through (hdcp)any Work Around?

i have an older 50" pioneer plasma with only component inputs, i have a pioneer elite receiver with both component and HDMI switching – the problem is there i cannot use the HDMI input with component output, is there a work around? (also, i know about the DMCA problem) thanks,

Suggestion:

Take the telly back and get a replacement. It is covered by SOGA for five years so tell them to shove it if they try to hide behind returns policies or warranty information. They need to replace the telly.
