What to Do About Line Across My Brand New Lcd Tv?
I just bought a new Phillips 47`
LCD tv and I turned it on worked fine and then after I was setting it up I noticed that at about 2 inches from the top of the tv was a horizontal small line straight across the screen. When the screen goes black I can still see about 12 inches on the right side where it looks white or different colored. Is there something I may have done to do this or is this a problem with the tv?

Hopefully you bought the set at a local store that has a generous return policy like Walmart or Costco. Take it back for a refund or replacement. It's not you; it's the set.
