My Samsung Lcd Tv La32b350 Has Problem with Sound.?

as i turn on my TV the volume goes down to zero, i could not use my remote control to increase the volume. the volume bar is always displayed on the screen.

Suggestion:

I had a similar problem it was my remote. Remove the batteries. If that doesn't work try the volume buttons on the TV. Good Luck
