My Samsung Lcd Tv Has Problems at Startup?

My Samsung LCD TV (model# LN46A540P2F, bought 11/2008) is having problems when turned on after being off for 1hr or longer (problem doesn't happen when the tv is warm or has been on for a while). The TV constantly reboots and the picture has green vertical lines and loud screeching static noise, after 5-6 automatic reboots the picture/audio quality is fine. I have visually checked the capacitors on the psu and they are not bulging or leaking, I just replaced the t-con module last night with a new one and that didn't solve the problem. I also just replaced the cable box and that didn't fix the problem. After some basic trouble shooting I have found a pattern:
1) If I turn the tv on and cable box on (same time) after both being off for 1 hr or more, I get the problems.
2) If I turn the tv on (turns on right away, even after being off for awhile) and leave the cable box off for 2-3 minutes (TV says searching for signal), then turn the cable box on I don't get any problems. So it appears that once the TV is warmed up, I don't get any problems. Could it be bad capacitors? Even though they are not leaking or bulging? Maybe they work better once warmed up????? What about the power inverter, could that be the problem?
3) I also tried using the HDMI port on the side of the tv this morning and my TV couldn't find the HDMI signal, weird I thought so I just plugged it back in the rear HDMI port (where is always has been). Maybe the side port is bad and back feeding the problems?

Any help would be appreciated.

Suggestion:

You DO NOT want a new power supply. The 2200uf @10 volt and 1000uf@10 volt capacitors are bad in the power supply. If you get a "new" power supply it comes with the same 10 volt capacitors. You want the defective capacitors to be REPLACED with 16 or 25 volt capacitors!

It can be the capacitors even tho they are not bulging. The A's are covered by the Samsung extended warranty so you can get the new power board for free. Just call Samsung CS and get your serial number off the side of your tv. Tell them you are having start up problems and believe it is the capacitors. They'll set up a repair person to come to your home and swap the board.
