Hope thats enough information to explain what tv it is >.<
Basically once or twice a week the whole thing freezes, no buttons work on the remote or tv itself the only way to turn the tv off it to turn the power supply off, and once turned back on any buttons that where pressed previously happen for example if when it freezes i press volume down a few times when i turn the tv back on after cutting the power the volume will have gone down…
Now also lately the remote itself keeps playing up, it has fresh batteries in but it hardly works, i ont know if its the sensor playing up or what, im hoping its just the remote or the sensor in the remote as i can replace that easily, this is an image of the remote for my tv

Does anyone know whats up with the tv keep freezing, and also the remote not working properly even with fresh batteries will just buying a new remote fix it?
