I have bought a LCD television and now the picture is not clear how to solve this problem?

I have bought a LCD television and now the picture is not clear it is pink in colour with no audio and how to solve this problem?
The video of my LCD tv is pinkish in colour and the audio is totally lowered i doesn’t know what had happened to my television can any help me in this .

Suggestion:

This occurs due to the DDC communication problem and to check this, power up the system while all the HDMI cables are connected. If possible, try using the shorter cables and try using different inputs and normally these kinds of problems completely goes away when conditioning is introduced.
