i have a problem with lcd tv?

i have a problem with my lcd tv, the x27sv-naga by sceptre,where the screen is half discolored almost an orange color on one side where there are very little lines and the picture on that side has become distorted. i have no idea what happened and it is really strange as i moved the tv to other rooms and the tv seems to be fixed for a couple of days but returns to its little problem. i really appreciate your answers.

Suggestion:

maybe the mercury inside the LCD has leaked into other places, and thats whats giving the strange color
