Help with Lcd Screen Problem?

Hey my lcd tv just started acting up- portions of the screen have turned green. The portions that are green still have a discernible picture in the background, but it looks like it's covered by a green fog. I tried rubbing the screen with a cloth (lcd approved) and if i rub a certain way the some of the green goes away (not nearly all of it), but by the same token I can rub a different way to make the green come back. Its really annoying. Is anyone familiar with this issue? If so, can you enlighten me as to what is going on? My tv is a Samsung Ln32b360, if that helps.
