Thanks!
Answer:
Make it very " SIMPLE " to an TV user with out TECHNICAL TALK . easy for you to understand.
1 ) Plasma
available only in big screen from 40 to 65 inc ( Panasonic 103 inc need special order )
Prefect in colours / dark colour / pure black colour .very good for fast action / sports movies / games.
New 2009 model life time as good as LCD Tv , is 60,000 hours .easy burn in is not an issue any more. * only go for Panasonic / Samsung / LG Plasma !!! any other Plasma is " junk '.
Power consumption is a little high .BUT you paid not more than $ 8.oo monthly compare to same screen size LCD TV.
Plasma TV is PERFECT in pictures quality but paid much less in prices. if you need big screen TV. Plasma is value for money .
LED TV.
95 % closer to Plasma pictures quality. to our EYE , there will be no difference compare to Plasma ( technically –yes ) * super low power consumption . 70 % less compare to Plasma / 40 % less compare to LCD *
available in 32 inc ( NEW ) 37 and big screen 40-65 inc.
Prices for LED TV is very high as this moment. 2 to 3 X compare to Plasma . 1 to 2 X compare to hi end LCD TV. 3 X compare to standard enter lever LCD TV.
all LED TV in the market is Quality Products because all manufactures by world class TV maker. until next Mach, those local in house / buyer brand LED TV on sales .you will get low quality LED TV.
LCD TV.
in general . LCD TV is for every once .
full screen size. from 2 inc to 108 inc
full range of model. from low end -entry lever models / mid end models / Hi End models.
low end and mid end LCD TV is not so good to fast action / sports movies / games. due to technically . the so call " motion blur " make our EYE very uncomfortable.
Old type CRT TV and Plasma is 100 % with out that " motion blur ". some NEW user swift from CRT TV to new LCD TV , always " disappointing "
LCD TV is YOU PAID FOR WHAT YOU GET.
Quality = PRICES. RELIABLE = PRICES.
for sports movies / games . you need hi end LCD TV. ( 1080 P with 120 HZ / even 200 HZ models ).
if you need Quality and RELIABLE. you have to paid more to International brand . ie Sony / Samsung / LG / Sharp / Panasonic / Toshiba.
you can never paid for less and get the SAME in terms of TOTAL QUALITY / RELIABLE.
EDIT ////
Get an 46 inc Panasonic Plasma TV . never gong wrong. is prefect in quality and best prices worth for value compare to same size LED TV / hi end LCD TV.
LED TV is new technologies . manufactures need to cover the investments cost. NEW always high prices.
when FIRST Plasma TV into market ( around 1997 ) is cost $ 6000 for an 40 inc.
First big screen 40 inc LCD cost more than $ 4000 .
LED TV prices will be 40 % lower take another 3 to 5 years.

LED is just a form of LCD.
TV size matters.
37" and smaller LCD.
40" – 46" – its a grey area, both can work out well, though Plasma advantages do kick in.
50"+ – Plasma.
LCD
LCDs inherently suffer problems with motion playback. They suffer from motion blur (ghost trails). This is compensated for with the 120Hz/240Hz refresh rates. This feature helps out a lot, but is not 100%. And you are expected to pay a price premium for this add-on.
CCFL (most) LCDs, in larger sizes can have muted colors, grey blacks, and so-so contrast. This is compensated for with the modern LED LCD. The LED backlight provides a massive jump in quality in regard to those 3 things. It brings it to a near Plasma/CRT/DLP level. And again you're asked to pay for this advanced feature.
Plasma
Plasmas are inherently near instantaneous in their refresh rate. They are flawless in motion playback. And because its inherent to the technology, there's nothing extra for you to have to pay for.
Plasmas inherently deliver vivid color, true blacks, and deep contrast. They do this right out of the box. They are a better overall image. And so you get a better image and perfect motion playback without having to pay anything extra.
Plasmas only currently suffer from many myths and misconceptions. The main ones being that they suffer from burn-in, they are more expensive, they have shorter life spans, and they are energy hogs.
Modern Plasmas do not suffer from burn-in. After they are conditioned, you would have to actually work hard to accomplish a burn-in. To condition a new set all you need to do is keep the brightness and contrast turned way down for the first 100-200 hours of use. After that optimize and enjoy.
Plasmas are not more expensive than LCD rivals anymore. Any especially with LCDs needing high end features like 120Hz and LED backlights to compete. Those features often make LCD far more expensive to buy.
Plasmas do not have shorter life spans. The reputable brands will deliver models that are rated to 60,000 – 100,000 hours. That basically means that in 10 years time, at 8 hours a day, 365 days a year, you would only really see at most about a 10% loss in brightness. So the set is likely well useable for beyond 10 years.
Current Plasma models are now energy star certified. This means no more being power hogs against LCDs. They can match LCDs in this regard. But every model is different. There are some LCDs that still perform better, and there are some LCDs that perform much worse. It changes ever year as new models come out.
