Toshiba Regza 42hl167 Vs Samsung Pn42a450?

I would like to know which one is better from those two, my friends try to sell it to me for the same price and I am not sure which one I should buy. One is a plasma tv and the other one is LCD tv. Is there anyone willing to give me a hand? I am not really know about a good tv and I want to know your opinion. Thank you
