Problems With LCD TV

I bought a Sony Bravia 40" LED LCD 3D TV (EX72 model) and the PS3 is connected via hdmi cable and that works great. However my DVD player connected via HDMI cable has picture but no sound and my Xbox 360 connected via component cables has the same picture/no sound problem. Basically in the market for an LCD flat panel. Never had one, so I figured now's a good time since they are pretty affordable. I have found two RCA's, with the same features, except for the Hz, which I believe is refresh rate. The one with 60Hz is 500, the 120Hz one is 600 bucks. I have no problem spending an extra hundred dollars for quality, but I am also looking to buy a 5.1 ...

I am sending the TV in and it was just opened out of the box about 14 days ago and noticed the Clouding or UNEVEN BACK LIGHTING in this thing… I was wondering… Can the Technician FIX this problem or will they send me a new TV of the same Model? It's a Emerson LC401EM2F if you'd like to look at the TV. Has a great Picture just a bit frustrated with this issue.

I just got this brand new LCD TV yesterday, I have my PS3 hooked up to with a HDMI cable and whenever anything moves on the screen, there's a blur that follows it. Why is this? I tried messing with the TV's Picture settings but couldn't fix the problem. Do new LCD's just do this for awhile? Should I take it back? is it the PS3? Help please!

I recently tried to run RCA cables from the 3.5mm speaker jack on my PC with a 3.5mm to RCA converter cable(6") to my HDTV however when I hook it up through the "HDMI port 1" audio inputs I don't receive any sound on the television, what can I do to fix this problem? The television is an Emerson LC401EM2f 40" LCD HDTV
