Best Plasma TV

I'm looking at getting a new telly. But usually only use it for when i have friends round and play on the xbox. i had a look on the net and i heard plasma tv's are good for gaming, but are susceptible screen burn in, which are the result of static images on the screen like health bars and maps. I then turned to LCD's which display fantastic still images, but blur easily in fast ...

So Walmart has a 51 inch samsung plasma for 498$ and Best Buy has a 199$ 42 inch Sharp LCD tv. Now obviously the best buy deal is better but Walmart's is a bigger TV, a plasma (I want a plasma Atm) and its a better brand. So which tv do you think I have a better chance of getting? How is walmart doing their black friday this year?

Hi, I'm in market to buy HDTV. Most of my usage will be watching MOVIES at Blu Ray at BEST quality. I'm NOT much in to watching sports events or any tv shows or games COULD SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME WITH BEST MODEL? Brand Samsung or Sony or LG or any-other?? LED or LCD?? 60Hz or 120 Hz?? (I've decided to go for 1080p for best quality)
