What's the Best Way to Get Smudges off of a Flat Screen (plasma?) Tv?

I was at a cleaning job today, and the teenage boy asked if there is a specific product or method to clean flat screens, such as TV or monitors. I use only a dry Swiffer, which works well for dust, but they have a dog, hence nose-prints on the TV screen, and I've come across many screens with finger prints and other smudges on them. Is there a way to safely remove them?
Thanks for your help!
*Hmmm… Where to post this? I'm going to try a couple of different categories. Sorry for the repeat Q, contacts!

Suggestion:

You can buy special solutions from walmart or something that are designed to clean smudges off of tv screens and leave no smudges behind. The surface of a flat screen is very sensitive and is made up of a very fragile mix of chemicals that give the clearest picture and limit glare. Along with the solution you should buy a microfiber cloth to clean the screens because they will not at all scratch the screen. They have millions of littler fibers that can clean the entire screen gently and once again, leave no streaks. Also, NEVER use a paper towel or something because they will leave A LOT of scratches behind also if it is wet it breaks up and leaves the screen dirtier than ever…..but yeah microfiber cloth+tv cleaning solution will give the best results

DO NOT listen to the post above me windex will ruin a screen if used excessively if you can't get a solution use a small amount of water

Windex for sho

There is a new product out called "Snick Hers Tung"

First shoot some eye-glass cleaner / glass cleaner to the monitor, then wipe with wet paper, then wipe it dry with dry paper.

Great results :O
