What Store is the Best to Buy a Tv?

I am looking to buy my first HDTV tomorrow. But don't want to spend a tun of money. I prefer a LCD over plasma. My price range is about $700 or lower. I'm looking for around a 40 inch. From your personal experience where is the best place to go and buy TV's.

Suggestion:

From my personal experience, as you say….my choice has been Costco. They have an assortment of brands and models, both top and economy brands, their prices are competitive, and they have the best return policy anywhere–90 days, no questions. That saved me a few months ago when I decided after 40 days that a Samsung I'd purchased there had insufficient audio output. Boxed it up, took it back, fulll refund, no problem.

Sam's Club has a similar return policy.

As for Best Buy, their return policy is the opposite. They'll charge you a restocking fee if you bring a set back (in 30 days), and you'll only get a full refund if you can convince them something is wrong. That would not have happened with my Samsung.
