If it does'nt, check for any visible damage and if there is'nt any take it back to Best Buy and tell them they sold you a dud. IIt may not be honest but at least you won't be out of your money,plus they are insured for any losses. For a small fee they will safely deliver a TV tou your home. Plug it in and see if it works. Your warranty surely won't cover physical damage. Perhaps you can contact your insurance company to see if it may be covered in your policy if you have one.
