Suggestion:
If you have hollow walls, you can run wall/fire rated signal wires inside.
You will need have a power receptical fitted behind where the TV will be hung. You cannot run the TV power cord in the wall.
A cheaper option to the expense and possible damage (especially of you are renting), is surface trunking.
