Which is the Best Tv for My Bed Room out of These 3?

My TV I currently have in my bed room is getting old (about 6 years at least) . Its LCD 19 inch and is HD ready with a built-in DVD player. I have now decided I would like to update my TV. I have decided I would like one of theses 3 TVs but im not sure which is the best one and if they are good prices for what they are.
