Which is the Best 22 Inch Lcd Tv?

i live in chennai, and i am plannign to buy a 22" LCD TV. but i couldnt choose between Samsung and Sony Bravia. please suggest me which one is better and should i go with the model that can play movies thro USB drive. since there are two models in both the brands, how far should i consider features like USB movies and ambient sensor as a buying point? do these thing really make a practical difference in visual experience?
