If you REF to BEST LCD TV for sports movies . you unable to get it.
all LCD TV with " motion blur ". due to response time.

you eye noticed such blur even from an 32 inc LCD TV.
to cover the motion blur , you need 120 HZ refresh rate . standard 60 HZ refresh rate is really bad for sports movies.
LED TV ( quality brand not cheap off brand ) 120 HZ well cover the motion blur.provide more SMOOTH pictures that LCD TV.
get an Samsung / LG / Sony LED TV .
due to budget not allow. get an Samsung / LG / Panasonic / Sony 32 inc 1080P 120 HZ models for much better pictures.
any 32 inc 720P with 60 HZ models, is not really good for sports movies.
