What Possibilities Are There to Run My Lcd Monitor As a Tv Without Computer?

I don't have any PC or Laptop.Just I have a Viewsonic VX 2235WM LCD monitor which is not built in TV tuner.It has DVI-D port and VGA port for input signals.Plainly I need a best External TV Tuner to access TV channels without using PC,Laptop or any kind of computer related devices.Please suggest.Thanks!

Suggestion:

An external TV tuner will be sufficient to convert the LCD monitor to a TV. You may buy one online from www.ebay.in or www.rediff.com
