the picture probably won't be that great depending on your computer video card. I suggest that you purchase a video card that have much higher memory and have either HDMI port if your computer is good enough to handle it.
you will need a VGA to __?___ adapter
– VGA to RCA
– VGA to S-video

you'll get your video but probably not the best until you get HDMI
