What is the Best Lcd Tv for Under $300?

I'm looking for a 24" or higher lcd tv for my room. It needs to have vga or pc capability so I can use it as a monitor.

I have seen a refurbished Toshiba 26" for $270 and I think it seems like a good deal.. Are there any better options?
