What is the Best Lcd Tv Brand $700-$800?

I'm getting an lcd tv this weekend but I don't know which to get!! I don't want to by a tv that will die in a year or 2. What's the best brand to get with lowest repair rates? I was thinking between a samsung or a philips..out of the 2 which is most reliable? Or is there a better brand?

to think of it you want something last long and lowest repair rates. I will have to say samsung because it's hardly repair it I have one and it in good shape I bought it a year and half ago and they give you a two year warranty that's in my country I don't about you maybe more.

I would suggest the samsung.

dont buy a phillips…
samsung are the best quaity in that price range, and splurge and get an led..WAY better picture than an lcd, more energy efficent, and will last longer
