all LCD TV come with standard entry level models / Mid-End models / High End models.
you paid for what you get ! of course, if you paid for high end models, is must better than entry level models in pictures quality.
Brand / Maker also an important issue for quality and reliable.
Samsung / LG / Sony / Sharp / Panasonic / Toshiba always better pictures quality and more reliable than those Local house brand TV. there are International brand !
Display Technology make great difference .
LCD TV general good in prices and available in full size from 1 inc to 108 inc. but not really good for sports movies due to response time . LCD TV unable to display pure dark and black colours. in general , old tube CRT TV better than LCD TV in colours and smooth pictures.
LED TV ( LCD-LED BACK-LIGHT ) is refine from standard LCD TV, much better in colour display and more smooth pictures. is very close to prefect .but much more in prices.
LG / Samsung / Sharp / Sony great in LED TV.
Plasma is PREFECT in prices and pictures quality. none of any LCD TV able to reach Plasma proformas.
smooths pictures. but available only big screen from 42 inc.
New Panasonic Plasma with out burn in / over heat issue is Excellence in pictures quality and prices .

As a tech junkie, I have been through my fair share of high-end televisions. This is honestly the best one I have owned to date. Samsung continues to impress me with their line of televisions. The 120 hertz refresh rate makes the picture quality incredible smooth and the picture is so sharp and clear that I actually feel like the people on the screen are sitting right in front of me. The hint of grey is also a nice touch in my living room and should work well with just about any set-up. Very easy to install. Has several USB ports and has the same audio jack that your computer has so you can plug in a set of speakers if you want. The sound is the only thing that is a little underperforming. But it's nothing that a decent set of speakers can't fix. Overall, this is an incredible TV and definitely worth the price, which I thought was already low
